In exchange for rates lower than the standard negotiated rates, the hotel benefits from earlier reservation commitments while the show’s attendees and exhibitors can take advantage of the cost-savings. onPeak is closely tuned into Providence's ever-changing hotel landscape. If rate reductions are needed on rates that have already been negotiated, we will make sure to execute.
Best Rate Pledge
onPeak has a strong relationship with the hotel industry, allowing JLC LIVE to negotiate deep discounts on your behalf. Contracted deals are extremely hard to beat. However, if a lower rate is found, we’ll do everything in our power to make sure you’re getting the best deal, even re-confirming your reservation at the new lower rate.
