Aaron Butt is shifting focus this year, he we will be bringing elements of design and fine finishes to Decks. Along with design, Aaron will bring updated requirements from the code to ensure safety and longevity to the client end-product, while exploring details that bring elegance and beauty to decks and outdoor living.
When you attend this clinic, you will:
• Learn vital code details for fastening and securing ledger and post connections along with proper mechanical fastening and support for exterior deck systems.
• See proper layout and fabrication of deck stair stringers.
• Observe a method for cutting and installing skirt boards and risers for a clean finish.
• Experience the details required to install composite deck inlays.
• Learn a simple method for laying out a curved deck frame
